Put simply, the 3 Step Progressive Kegel Training Kit provides a great-feeling object (two, actually) for the pelvic muscles to grip during kegels- you’ll have to flex to hold ’em in place (ie: your workout).
As with most training regimes, there are lots of elaborate exercise positions for you to try, but you can also simply stand or walk around the room with the weights in place.
You’ll find two silicone holders inside the box, a single and a double. Other than the 1 or 2 option, they’re Identical in shape, sexy silkiness and handy retrieval cord. Six weights are included, two at .6oz/17g, two at 1.3oz/36.9g and 2 at 1.8oz/50g. You can mix and match the weights in the double version, use the single, or try the balls without the holder, when you get really confident. Options! Just keep in mind that the heavier the weight, the more intense the workout. Use a little water based lube for easy insertion.
