Returns & Exchanges

We want you to live your best life, including loving everything you buy from Curvy Chick! But we all know #lifehappens, so if you’re unhappy with your purchase, you have up to 14 days to exchange or return for store credit.

As you can guess, items must have tags attached, be free of smoke & pet hair, and remain in the same condition as received in order to be eligible.

all seasonal and sale items, earrings, bras, panties, swim bottoms, SAXX, novelty items, skincare, candles, and any food items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To exchange or return an item for store credit

  1. Please email curvychick@hotmail.ca ASAP to begin the process of return or exchange.
  2. Please include your name, your email address, the order number, and which item(s) you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return:
    • Didn’t fit
    • Didn’t like
    • Defect
    • Other, please explain
  3. Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request, whether your return/exchange was approved, and the authorization number for the return.

Once the return has been authorized, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back as well as for the cost of shipping any replacement item(s). You can also choose in-store drop off/exchange at no cost.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to item availability. Please send your request as soon as possible so that we can ensure you have the opportunity to exchange for the item and/or size that you desire!

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 256 Scott St, Fort Frances, ON, P9A 1G7, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Local Pickup

We love serving our local Fort Frances shopping community and offer free pick-up for all purchases made online! We ask that you follow all local laws and policies regarding COVID-19 and wear a mask inside the store for your safety and ours!

Shipping within Ontario

If you’re unable to see us in-store, we offer a flat rate across the province of Ontario for $15.

Shipping within Canada

Across Canada, we offer a flat rate of $20 for orders under $150.

International Orders

We do not offer shipping across borders internationally at this time. We encourage you to support your local shops and local communities!
